You can eat typical dishes such as �Tonnarelli cacio e pepe� (Tonnarelli pasta with cheese and pepper) and �Spaghetti alla Carbonara� (Pasta with scrambled eggs, cheese, ham and pepper) or something special as �Fettuccine ai carciofi e sfrizzoli di guanciale� (Egg pasta with artichokes and bacon), �Crispy semifreddo with pears and red wine� or �Yogurt mousse on a melon gaspacho, pine nuts and Porto Wine�.

Cocktails

Cybo offers traditional and innovative cocktails spanning from the Mojito flavoured with coconut, to cocktails decorated with river pebbles soaked into orange oil, passing by Champagne with fresh and spicy strawberries.
Cocktails are prepared by professional Barman and served with snacks and appetizers.
